Congress Fees 


  • For participants who would like to be accompanied by family members, we are offering a discounted Congress Fee of 150 euros. The ticket provides access to the social activities of the event (that will be further specified at a later time), but not to the main content sessions of the Congress. Ticket is available on our Eventbrite Ticketing page.

Ticketing Conditions 

  • Student tickets: Available to full-time students enrolled in a college or university, born in or after 1993. Proof of student status required to finalise registration – please send your documents to the ISOCARP Secretariat at bookkeeper@isocarp.org

  • Tickets for participants for Low and Lower Middle-Income Countries: Available to all participants from and residing in Low and Lower Middle Income Countries (see list below). Proof of residence required to finalise registration (public or utiity document where your address is visible)– please send a documents to the ISOCARP Secretariat at 

  • YPPsThis ticket is available for participants of the Brussels 2022 YPP programme and the Gdansk 2023 programme 

  • Online tickets: Available for participants who can not attend the in-person Congress in Toronto, Canada but are passionate about the theme and would like to attend virtually 

  • Supplementary Fee: Attendees who have registered for the Virtual Pre-Congress but later decide to attend in-person, can upgrade their ticket by paying a supplementary fee. Please contact us at congress@isocarp.org

  • Accompanying persons: Access to social events, but no congress entry.

  • For Authors: ISOCARP requires that at least one of the authors of each research paper or case study registers and presents it in the Congress, in order for the contribution to be included in the Congress programme and proceedings. 

Registration Guidelines 

  • This year we are handling ticketing through EVENTBRITE (the platform where you purchased the ticket), and not through Dryfta (Congress website).When you purchased your ticket, the email you received is the ticket for your attendance. Please save it and present it at the congress. You will not see your ticket on the congress website.

  • Registration: please click on the REGISTER NOW button. You will be redirected to our Eventbrite ticketing page. Please select the correct ticket and pay. You will receive an email with your ticket in PDF and a QR code that you will be able to scan to enter the venue on the day of the event. 

  • All fees are payable in Euros (EUR) through credit card and bank transfer, and are quoted per person. 

  • Invoices: If you require an invoice prior to payment, please contact us at bookkeeper@isocarp.org. 


Steps: 

Step 1. Send the following information to bookkeeper@isocarp.org:  

  • Billing name  
  • Billing Email address (for the invoice to be sent) 
  • Billing Address 
  • Institution (if you are buying tickets for yourself and/or colleagues through your institution) 
  • Full names, emails and the ticket type you would like to purchase for each participant  

Step 2. You will receive your invoice shortly after. Please send the payment, making sure that on the bank transfer you MENTION THE NAME OF THE INSTITUTION you are paying through. 

Step 3. After we receive your payment, we will send you CODES for your tickets, which you will be able to use to finalise your registration on our Congress ticketing system. You can easily apply the codes in the Get Tickets section. After you redeem your code you will receive your tickets by email. 


ISOCARP Institutional Members' Benefits 

Is your organisation an active ISOCARP Institutional Member? Then it is entitled to a number of Congress Registrations for one or more participants, according to its Membership category (Platinum, Gold or Silver).  


Please contact the Secretariat and ask for your Institutional Waiver Codes (congress@isocarp.org). Please provide the exact names of the designated participants who will be using your Institutional Membership registrations. After we provide the Waiver Codes, they can be used during the normal registration process through our website.
